The Fall meeting of the NCBF Board of Directors will be held in Winston-Salem at the Wake Forest School of Law on Friday, October 4, at 12:00 pm. At the conclusion of the NCBF Board of Directors meeting, the Fall NCBA Board of Governors meeting will convene. Reserved parking for this meeting will be available at Lot Z3, and a shuttle will run every 15 minutes starting at 11 am to take you directly to the entrance of the Wake Forest University School of Law. Please plan to arrive early if you would like to ride the shuttle from the parking lot.  The Fall NCBA Board of Governors meeting will continue at The Benton Convention Center – Salem Ballroom, 301 W 5th St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, at 9:00 am – noon.   Breakfast will be available at 8:30 am. 

Room Reservations | Rooms are available at the Winston-Salem Marriott.  The room rate is $145.00 per night.  Please call 1.800.320.0934 and reference the group code NCBA or make your reservation online here.  The room cut-off deadline is Friday, September 13, 2019 

Agenda Items | All recommendations/requests requiring action by the Board, as well as information reports, must be received in writing by 5 pm on Monday, September 16, 2019.  All requests and reports should be addressed to the "Board of Governors/Directors" and mailed to Samantha Currin at the NC Bar Center or e-mailed to scurrin@ncbar.org.  Please remember to also send a copy to your appropriate NCBA/NCBF staff liaison. The Executive Committee will meet on September 19th to review action requests prior to being considered by the Board.

All meeting materials will be uploaded to your NCBA Member Portal prior to the meeting.
